Returns & ExchangesMerchandise returned in new, unused condition within 30 days will be credited or exchanged. After 30 days there will be a 15% restocking fee and in-store credit only. No returns accepted after 90 days. Custom orders or special orders are not eligible for return. This includes anything with a nameplate attached to it. All custom orders must be prepaid by money order/cashiers check or check that has cleared the bank. Shipping and return freight will not be refunded on returns. Due to safety standards and other regulations we cannot accept returns on used equipment, bits, books, DVD’s, feed supplements and wormers Saddles must be returned within 15 days of receipt in unused condition. A 10% restocking fee will be applied. Please call Matt or David for return authorization on all saddle returns. Include your original packing slip when you ship the saddle back. Indicate on the back of the packing slip whether you would like a refund or exchange. Items returned where free shipping was applied will not be refunded the full amount of the item.
